Maria A. Kallia is our law firm’s inhouse notary public. She practiced law from 2000 to 2017 as a Court of Appeals lawyer in Athens. As a notary public, since 2017, Maria diligently handles the drawing up of notarial contracts (property purchases, leases, parental benefits etc), powers of attorney (POA) and affidavits, as well as any notarial act regarding companies, such as formations, mergers, transfer of shares etc.

She also handles as a notary all inheritance law matters. She can process all notarial acts with speed, consistency and absolute adherence to the current legislation, so that the title deed accompanying a property is complete, detailed and legally correct.
