Ioanna Dimitriadi is a Lawyer and head of our corporate and commercial group. She assists clients with corporate legal matters, compliance issues and corporate bookkeeping services. She focuses on commercial agreements across several industries. She also advises clients on agreements and several regulatory issues. Ioanna focuses on corporate, commercial, M&A and banking law. She is engaged in a broad range of multinational M&As and other corporate transactions, where she undertakes legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation and handling of related Greek law formalities.

She also advises corporate clients and businesses on corporate and commercial matters with regards to their day-to-day operation and regulatory compliance. Ioanna has experience in project finance transactional work. She also specialises in advising on a wide range of energy law-related issues, including electricity and natural gas regulation, and has also acted for domestic and international private sector clients, credit institutions and credit servicing firms on banking and finance transactions. Ioanna has a broad range of advisory and transactional experience and can successfully handle any complex corporate matter that may arise.

She was admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association in 2012 and joined our Law firm in 2017. Ioanna is admitted to practice before the Court of First Instance.
