Her line of practice includes property acquisitions and disposals, lease agreements, both residential and commercial, due diligence of real estate portfolios and advice on and establishment of in rem securities. She is also an expert on the golden visa program. She is involved in various real estate transactions, focusing on sales and acquisitions, the due diligence of real estate portfolios, establishment of in rem securities as well as commercial and residential lease agreements. Niki guides foreign individuals through the process of obtaining the Golden Visa within the context of a property acquisition through asset or share deals.
